Refund policy

We apply a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return of an item within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

If we approve your return request, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the situation and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
Regardless of the above policies, if items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and transfer the funds.
